Pohon lisu na šrotování automobilových disků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem na pohon lisu na šrotování automobilových disků. V úvodní literární rešerši jsou popsány vývojové etapy kol, disků a pneumatik. Pokračuje zmínkou o kovových odpadech, recyklaci a paketovací technologii. V praktické části jsem se zabýval zpracováním návrhu hydraulického válce a s ním souvisejícími výpočty a výkresovou dokumentací. Tyto kroky jsem opakoval při návrhu hydraulického obvodu a všech komponentů. Součástí práce je výpočet pro teplotní bilanci obvodu a také návod k obsluze a údržbě zařízení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a drive for a press for scrapping automotive wheels. The initial literature search describes the development stages of wheels, discs and tyres. It goes on to mention scrap metal, recycling and bale technology. The practical part deals with the design of the hydraulic cylinder and the associated calculations and drawings. I repeated these steps in the design of the hydraulic circuit and all components. The work includes calculations for the temperature balance of the circuit and also instructions for operation and maintenance of the equipment.
