Ekonomické aspekty použití technologie MapOO

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na obnovu katastrálního operátu novým mapováním katastru nemovitostí ČR, především na etapu zjišťování průběhu hranic. Součástí práce je historický přehled mapování na území ČR od jeho počátků do současnosti. Historické mapy tvoří mapový základ, nad kterým je prováděno zjišťování průběhu hranic. Je rozebrán postup prací při zjišťování průběhu hranic. Práce je namířena na možnosti zvýšení efektivity práce použitím moderních technologických postupů, tedy zpracování terénních náčrtů v aplikaci MapOO, a z toho pramenící ekonomické úspory při práci na této etapě. Je třeba stále zvyšovat podporu moderních technologií v terénu i při softwarovém zpracování, vytvářet a zdokonalovat software, který podpoří zvýšení efektivity práce zaměstnanců pracujících na obnově katastrálního operátu novým mapováním.

The diploma thesis is focused on the renewal of the cadastral work by new mapping of the real estate cadastre of the Czech Republic, especially at the stage of determining the course of borders. Part of the work is a historical overview of mapping on the territory of the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present. Historical maps form the map base on which the border course is determined. The progress of the works in determining the course of the borders is analyzed. The work is aimed at the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the work by using modern technological procedures, i.e. the processing of field sketches in the MapOO application, and the resulting economic savings when working at this stage. It is necessary to constantly increase the support of modern technologies in the field and during software processing, to create and improve software that will support the increase in the efficiency of the work of employees working on the restoration of the cadastral operation with new mapping.
