Možnosti využití rozvojové plochy v Bílovci

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je prověřit možnosti výstavby v potenciální rozvojové ploše na západě města Bílovec s následným technickým řešením návrhu zástavby. Návrhy jsou vypracovány v souladu s platným územním plánem města a zohledňují všechny limity vyskytující se v řešené lokalitě. Práce zpracovává analýzu území, hmotné řešení, funkční členění a následné zhodnocení dvou variant řešení, z nichž jeden je řešen podrobněji. Dále je řešeno nové vybudování technické a dopravní infrastruktury, bezbariérové užívání veřejného prostranství a nakonec vizuální stránka možné nové lokality ve městě Bílovec.

The aim of this thesis is to examinate the possibilities for construction in potential development area in the western part od the town of Bílovec, followed by a technical solution for the proposed urban layout. The proposals are developer in accordance with the town’s current zoning plan and také into account all the sounstraints within the study area. The thesis includes an analysis of the area, volumetric design, funcional zoning, and an evaluation od two development options, one of wich is explored in greater detail. Additionally, it addresses the estabilishment of new technical and transport infrastructure, barrier-free access to public spaces, and finally, the visual aspect of the prospective new development in the town of Bílovec.
