Zhodnocení vybavení jednotlivých hasičských stanic Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje technickými prostředky určenými pro systém bezpečné práce na vodě a zamrzlých hladinách

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce bude zhodnocení vybavení Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje prostředky pro bezpečnou práci na vodě a ledu. V první části práce bude uveden statistický přehled událostí zaměřený na záchranu z vody, a to jak pro Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky, tak i pro Hasičský záchranný sbor Moravskoslezského kraje. Dále bude popsána teorie práce na vodě a ledu s popisem používaných prostředků, zejména plavidla, osobní ochranné pomůcky a záchranné prostředky pro práci na vodě a ledu. V druhé části bude popsáno vybavení Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje pro práci na vodě a ledu po jednotlivých hasičských stanicích. Toto vybavení bude podle zhodnoceno podle charakteristiky hasebního obvodu stanic a následně bude podle potřeby navrženo dovybavení s uvedením finančních nákladů.

The subject of this thesis will be the evaluation of the equipment of the Moravian-Silesian Fire Rescue Service for safe work on water and ice. In the first part of the thesis a statistical overview of water rescue incidents will be presented, both for the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and for the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region. Furthermore, the theory of work on water and ice will be described with a description of the equipment used, especially vessels, personal protective equipment and rescue equipment for work on water and ice. The second part will describe the equipment of the Moravian-Silesian Region Fire Rescue Service for work on water and ice by individual fire stations. This equipment will be evaluated according to the characteristics of the firefighting district of the stations and subsequently retrofitting will be proposed as necessary with financial costs.
