Návrh zabezpečení multifunkčního objektu Dělnického domu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout zabezpečení multifunkčního objektu Dělnického domu v Polance nad Odrou. Areál zahrnuje několik sportovišť pro veřejnost, restauraci a velký sál využívaný pro sportovní i kulturní akce. V úvodních částech práce je věnována pozornost teoretickým základům fyzické bezpečnosti, příslušné legislativě a normám. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na detailní popis objektu, jeho okolí, historii, míru kriminality v dané oblasti a současný stav zabezpečení. V páté části byly provedeny analýzy rizik a na jejich základě je v závěrečné části navržen nový bezpečnostní systém.

The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to create a security system for the multifunctional building of the Dělnický dům in Polanka nad Odrou. The facility comprises multiple sports venues for public use, a restaurant, and a substantial hall intended for both sporting and cultural events. The initial sections of the thesis focus on the theoretical foundations of physical security, relevant legislation, and standards. Subsequent chapters offer a comprehensive description of the building, its environs, history, crime levels in the area, and the current state of security. The fifth part of the thesis contains risk analyses, and based on these analyses, the final chapter proposes a new security system.
