Zefektivnění transportu prostředků pro tvorbu útočného vedení při požárech výškových budov

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním transportu prostředků pro tvorbu útočného vedení při požárech výškových budov. Je zde popsána taktika zásahu ve výškových budovách u Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje a dalších vybraných krajů včetně popisu celorepublikových statistických údajů. Dále jsou zde popsány technické prostředky útočného vedení využívané u vybraných zahraničních hasičských sborů a taktiky jejich zásahu uvnitř výškových budov. Práce se také zaměřuje na legislativní požadavky na vybavení prvosledových vozidel v rámci řešené problematiky. V práci nechybí návrh optimalizace prostředků útočného vedení včetně jejich transportu pro družstvo a družstvo o zmenšeném početním stavu. V závěru práce jsou porovnány rozdílné varianty uložení hadic s vyhodnocením získaných výsledků vycházejících z praktického testování. Hlavním výstupem práce je vývoj prostředku pro efektivnější transport vybavení pro tvorbu útočného vedení zejména u požárů výškových budov.

The thesis deals with the efficiency of transport of means for the creation of attack lines during fires in high-rise buildings. It describes the tactics of intervention in high-rise buildings in the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region and other selected regions, including a description of national statistical data. It also describes the technical means of attack used by selected foreign fire brigades and their tactics of intervention inside high-rise buildings. The thesis also focuses on the legislative requirements for the equipment of first responders within the scope of the issue addressed. The thesis also includes a proposal for optimization of the means of assault leadership, including their transport for a squad and a squad of reduced numbers. In the conclusion of the thesis different variants of hose fitting are compared with the evaluation of the obtained results based on practical testing. The main output of the work is the development of a means for more efficient transport of equipment for the formation of attack lines, especially in high-rise building fires.
