Kriminalita růžových límečků v ČR.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma Kriminalita růžových límečků v České republice. V teoretické části se zaměřuje a řeší odlišení od jiných druhů kriminality, a zároveň hledá příčiny a projevy páchání této trestné činnosti. Popisuje sociální charakteristiku a specifika pachatelek, které jsou spojené s tímto typem kriminality. Zajímá se o vztah k hospodářské a finanční kriminalitě, dále poukazuje, jak předejít této trestné činnosti, tzn. řeší prevenci a poté resocializaci pachatelek. V práci jsou uvedeny statistiky v rámci České republiky, kolik žen se dopouští těchto protiprávních jednání. Uvádí legislativní aspekty, které se touto problematikou zabývají. V praktické části jsou uvedené obecné případové kazuistiky a následně provedené rozhovory s respondentkami, které pracují jako účetní v různých podnicích.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of Pink Collar Crime in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, it focuses on and addresses the distinction from other types of crime, while also looking at the causes and manifestations of this crime. It describes the social characteristics and specifics of female offenders that are associated with this type of crime. It looks at the relationship with economic and financial crime and how to prevent this crime, i.e. prevention and then re-socialisation of female offenders. The thesis provides statistics on how many women commit these offences in the Czech Republic. It lists the legislative aspects that deal with this issue. In the practical part, general case studies and subsequent interviews with people working as accountants in various companies.
