Využití mobilních operačních středisek v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje využívání mobilních operačních středisek u Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou v současnosti nasazována při mimořádných událostech, a jaké jsou s nimi dosavadní zkušenosti. Součástí práce je také srovnání se systémem využívání podobných modelů u Policie ČR, zdravotnické záchranné služby a v zahraničí. Následně pak na základě zjištěných informací bude proveden návrh nové koncepce mobilního operačního střediska.

The present master's thesis focuses on the use of mobile command centres in the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The objective of this thesis is to ascertain the present status of their deployment during emergency situations and to evaluate the experiences accumulated to date. The thesis also includes a comparison with the system of using similar models in the Police of the Czech Republic, the Medical Rescue Service and abroad. Consequently, based on the information found, a proposal for a new concept of a mobile command centre will be made.
