Studie protiprávního zneužití médií generovaných umělou inteligencí

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je komprehenzivní studie zneužití zvukových, obrazových a audiovizuálních médií generovaných umělou inteligencí a na jejím základě poskytnutí návrhu protiopatření. Náplní teoretické části je úvod do světa umělé inteligence a deepfakes, možnostmi jejich zneužití s přiřazením příslušné právní úpravy a technikami obrany. Praktická část předkládá komparaci kazuistik, na něž navazuje sociologický výzkum vybraného souboru. Jeho účelem je ověření předem vyřčených hypotéz. Bakalářskou práci uzavírá diskuze k výzkumnému šetření a návrh možného opatření založeného na edukaci věkové skupiny odpovídající výzkumnému souboru.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive study of the misuse of audio, visual and audiovisual media generated by artificial intelligence and on its basis to provide a proposal for countermeasures. The content of the theoretical part is an introduction to the world of artificial intelligence and deepfakes, the possibilities of their misuse with an assignment of relevant legislation and techniques of defence. The practical part presents a comparation of case studies, followed by sociological survey of selected sociological set. Its purpose is to test the hypothesis formulated in advance. The bachelor thesis concludes with a discussion of the survey and proposal of a possible measure based on education of the age group corresponding to the research set.
