Hodnocení početních stavů družstev a skupin JPO při činnostech na místě zásahu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením početních stavů družstev a skupin JPO při činnostech na místě zásahu. Cílem práce je teoreticky a prakticky stanovit ideální velikost hasičského družstva na vozech určených k prvnímu výjezdu. V první části práce je porovnán přístup Hasičského záchranného sboru a Německých profesionálních hasičů Berufsfeuerwehr, poté jsou v práci rozebrány právní normy, kterými se početní stavy u hasičů řídí. Dále jsou vybrány nejčastější výjezdy jednotek požární ochrany na našem území a typy výjezdů, na které se zaměřuje praktická část. Ta poté porovnává efektivitu jednotlivých družstev u vybraných typů zásahů pomocí cost-benefit analýzy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the number of members in fire brigade units and groups during on-site operations. The aim of the thesis is to determine theoretically and practically the ideal size of a firefighting squad on first response vehicles. In the first part of the thesis the approach of the Fire Brigade and the German Professional Fire Brigade Berufsfeuerwehr is compared, then the legislative norms which govern the staffing levels of fire brigades are discussed. Next, the most frequent calls of fire departments in our country are selected and the types of calls are chosen to be focused on in the practical part. This part than compares the effectiveness of each squad for the selected types of call-outs using a cost/benefit analysis.
