Revize managementu chemických látek v podniku užívajícím chemické látky

Abstract

Práce se zabývá revizí managementu chemických látek, směsí a následného odpadu z těchto látek ve vybraném slévárenském podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši nástrojů pro řízení chemických látek v průmyslové praxi a část obsahující povinnosti podniku z pohledu užívání chemických látek ve vztahu k činnostem podniku. Praktická část práce představuje výrobní činnost podniku a současný stav managementu chemických látek a směsí v podniku. Výstupy vyplývající z vytvořené SWOT analýzy, byly zahrnuty při vytváření příručky k procesu nakládání s chemickými látkami, která je druhotným výstupem diplomové práce a praktickým výstupem pro činnost vybraného podniku.

The thesis focuses on the revision of the management of chemical substances, mixtures and waste from these chemicals in a selected foundry company. The theoretical part includes a review of tools for chemical management in industry and a part containing the company's obligations in terms of chemical use in relation to the company's activities. The practical part of the thesis presents the production activity of the company and the current state of management of chemicals and mixtures in the company. The results of the SWOT analysis were included in the creation of a guidebook to the process of chemicals management, which is a secondary output of the thesis, and a practical output for the activities of the selected enterprise.
