Bezpečnost mladých hasičů při trénincích a závodech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností mladých hasičů při trénincích a závodech, přičemž se zaměřuje na identifikaci rizik a návrhu preventivních opatření pro ochranu a zdraví mladých hasičů. Podrobně analyzuje věkové kategorie, disciplíny, bezpečnost při přepravě na závody a ochranná opatření během tréninků i soutěží. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje seznámení s požárním sportem, zásady bezpečnosti a první pomoci. Praktická část je založena na reálných zkušenostech z hasičského prostředí, konzultacích s odborníky a analýze úrazovosti. Výstupem práce je soubor doporučení pro vedoucí kolektivů, trenéry a organizátory soutěží, který může sloužit jako základ pro zlepšení bezpečnostních standardů v požárním sportu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the safety of young firefighters during training and competitions, focusing on the identification of risks and the design of preventive measures for the protection and health of young firefighters. It analyses in detail the age categories, disciplines, safety during transport to competitions and protective measures during training and competitions. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an introduction to fire sport, safety and first aid principles. The practical part is based on real experiences in the firefighting environment, consultations with experts and analysis of injury rates. The output of the work is a set of recommendations for team leaders, coaches and competition organisers, which can serve as a basis for improving safety standards in fire sport.
