Abstract

Vedoucí bakalářské práce: Ing. Nikola Vavřínová, Ph.D. Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhotovení projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu v Bystřici podle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. Práce je rozdělena na textovou a výkresovou část. Obsahem textové části je technická zpráva a tepelně technické posouzení ploché střechy. Dále také statické řešení zvoleného prvku a to konkrétně monolitické stropní desky nad druhým nadzemním podlažím. Druhá část je složena z architektonické studie a ze stavebních výkresů a výpisů prvků vypracovaných v souladu s požadavky na dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Nepodsklepený dům o třech nadzemních podlažích se skládá z kadeřnictví, jedné bytové jednotky pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, skladovacích a společných prostor a dalších 8 bytových jednotek. Z nichž jsou čtyři byty 2+KK a další čtyři jsou 3+KK. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří systém Porotherm v kombinaci s monolitickými železobetonovými prvky. Bytový dům má plochou střechou.

Bachelor’s thesis supervisor: Ing. Nikola Vavřínová, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Bystřice, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The thesis is divided into a written and a drawing part. The written part includes a technical report and a thermal-technical assessment of the flat roof. It also contains a structural analysis of the selected element, specifically the monolithic ceiling slab above the second floor. The second part consists of an architectural study and construction drawings and schedules of elements developed in accordance with the requirements for construction execution documentation. The non-basement building has three above-ground floors and consists of a hair salon, one residential unit designed for people with reduced mobility, storage and common areas, and eight additional residential units. Four of these are two-room apartments with a kitchen corner (2+KK) and four are three-room apartments with a kitchen corner (3+KK). The load-bearing structure consists of the Porotherm system combined with monolithic reinforced concrete elements. The apartment building has a flat roof.
