Abstract

Orientace diplomové práce je na kulturně společenskou revitaliz aci nábřeží a urbanistický rozvoj potenciálu území Černé louky, která se nachází v dále se rozvíj ejícím centru města a ztratila svou původní funkci. Navrhněte koncepční řešení, které se bude soustředit na urbanis tickou kompozici, která citlivě propojí původní i potenciální novou zástavbu polyfunkčních objektů se s távající strukturou Ostravy. V návrhu bude kladen důraz na integraci nábřežního charakteru ú zemí řeky Ostravice. Práce bude zahrnovat doplnění nové zástavby tak, aby tyto v kom binaci s volnou nezastavěnou plochou vytvářely výrazný nový městský funkční celek. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření architektonické stud ie kulturně společenského objektu, který bude vycházet z urbanistické studie.

The focus of the diploma thesis is the cultural and social revi talization of the riverfront and the urban development potentia l of the Černá Louka area, which is located in the continually evolving city center and has lost its original function. Propose a conceptual solution that will focus on an urban compo sition that sensitively connects the original and potential new development of multifunctional buildings with the existing str ucture of Ostrava. The design should emphasize the integration of the riverfront c haracter of the Ostravice River area. The project will include the addition of new buildings in such a way that, in combination with open, undeveloped areas, they c reate a distinct new functional urban unit. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create an architectur al study of a cultural and social building based on the urban s tudy.
