Překládací dopravník polic skladovací věže

Abstract

Obsahem práce je návrh zařízení na přemisťování polic ze skladovací věže na řetězový dopravník a zpět. V úvodu je zpracován přehled firem prodávajících skladovací věže a podobných řešení s dopravníkem polic. Je vypracován požadavkový list na nové zařízení a navrhnuty 3 varianty dopravníku. Varianty jsou ohodnoceny a u vítězné je detailně vypracován 3D model. Technické výpočty jsou zpracovány pro ověření vhodnosti navrhnutých komponent. Na základě 3D modelu je vytvořena výkresová dokumentace.

The scope of the work is the design of a device for transferring trays from a storage tower to a chain conveyor and back. In the introduction an overview of companies selling storage towers and similar solutions with tray conveyor is made. A requirement sheet for the new device is drawn up and 3 variants of the conveyor are proposed. The variants are evaluated and for the best one a detailed 3D model is created. Technical calculations are prepared to verify the suitability of the proposed components. Based on the 3D model, a drawings are made.
