Vliv svařovacích parametrů na vlastnosti svarového spoje zhotoveného technologii TIG

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou svařovacího procesu pomocí numerické simulace v softwaru Simufact Welding a porovnáním s experimentálním svařováním. V úvodu je provedena charakteristika použité svařovací technologie a základního materiálu. Následně je navržen model zkušebního svarového spoje, na kterém jsou realizovány dvě varianty numerické simulace s cílem porovnat výsledky s odlišnými vstupními parametry. V další části jsou vyhodnoceny vybrané mechanické a strukturní vlastnosti svarového spoje. Závěrem je provedeno porovnání a diskuse výsledků získaných numerickou simulací a experimentálním měřením.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the welding process using numerical simulation in the Simufact Welding software and its comparison with experimental welding. The introductory part provides a description of the selected welding technology and the base material. A model of a test weld joint is then designed, on which two variants of numerical simulation are performed in order to compare the results using different input parameters. In the following section, selected mechanical and structural properties of the weld joint are evaluated. Finally, the results obtained from the numerical simulations and experimental measurements are compared and discussed.
