Analýza a návrhy v oblasti využití vybraného výrobního zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a ověření, zda a za jakých podmínek by byla vhodná investice do změny metody broušení na pracovišti broušení na vybrané CNC brusce v průmyslovém podniku. Práce se zabývá především analýzou dat. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s praktickým řešením práce. V praktické části práce se nachází analýza aktuálního stavu v podniku, týkající se např. zákazníků, zaměstnanců nebo pracoviště brusek. Dále je zde analýza zpracovávaných zakázek, metody broušení profilem a odvalem a jejich srovnání. V závěru práce je zpracován návrh konkrétních variant volby metody broušení a jejich vyhodnocení pomocí statických metod hodnocení investic. Výsledky této práce mohou být využity pro zefektivnění výroby a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.

The thesis focuses on the analysis and verification of whether and under what conditions an investment in changing the grinding method at the grinding workplace on a selected CNC grinding machine in an industrial enterprise would be appropriate. The thesis deals primarily with data analysis. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the practical solution of the work. The practical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the current state in the enterprise, relating to, for example, customers, employees or the grinding machine workplace. There is also an analysis of the orders processed, the profile and roll grinding methods and their comparison. At the end of the thesis, a proposal is made for specific variants of the grinding method and their evaluation using static methods of investment evaluation. The results of this thesis can be used to streamline production and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise.
