Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro vyznačení budovy, který je nedílnou součástí evidence nemovitostí v katastru nemovitostí České republiky. V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj geometrických plánů, jejich účel a právní zakotvení. Praktická část se soustředí na konkrétní zakázku realizovanou ve firmě. Podrobně je popsán celý proces – od zajištění podkladů a měření v terénu, přes digitální zpracování dat až po sestavení finálního plánu a jeho předání katastrálnímu úřadu. Výsledkem je přehledný popis odborného postupu, který může sloužit jako návod pro praxi v geodézii.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the proces of creating a survey sketch (geometric plan) for the demarcation of a building, which is a vital part od property registration in the Czech Republic’s Land Registry. The theoritical section covers the history, legal context, and purpose of geometric plans. The practical section presents a real case study carried out in the surveing company. The entire procedure is described in detail – from collecting documentation and field measurements, through digital processing of the data, to compiling the final version of the plan and submitting it to the cadastral office. The result is a comprehensive guide that reflects current professional practice in the field of geodesy.
