Podnikatelsky plán pro založení restaurace Gourmet Haven s. r. o.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení restaurace s názvem Gourmet Haven, která bude působit v Brně. Cílem práce je navrhnout životaschopný podnikatelský plán, který zahrnuje teoretická východiska pro založení podniku na základě odborné literatury. Následně analyzuje trh, včetně aktuálních trendů v gastronomii, konkurenčního prostředí a poptávky po kvalitních stravovacích službách. Hlavní část práce je věnována tvorbě finančního plánu, který obsahuje kalkulaci nákladů, příjmů, výpočet bodu zvratu a návratnosti investice. Dále je zpracována marketingová strategie se zaměřením na online komunikaci, budování značky a zapojení zákazníků. Součástí je i podrobný finanční plán, strategie rozvoje a analýza rizik. Výsledkem je komplexní model, který může být využit pro praktickou realizaci restauračního podniku a jako vodítko pro další podnikatele v oboru.

This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for establishing a restaurant called Gourmet Haven, which is intended to operate in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to propose a viable business plan that includes the theoretical foundations for setting up a business based on relevant academic literature. The thesis then analyzes the market, including current trends in gastronomy, the competitive environment, and the demand for high-quality dining services. The main part of the thesis is devoted to developing a financial plan, which includes cost and revenue calculations, break-even analysis, and return on investment. Furthermore, a marketing strategy is developed with a focus on online communication, brand building, and customer engagement. The thesis also includes a detailed financial plan, development strategy, and risk analysis. The result is a comprehensive model that can be used for the practical implementation of the restaurant business and as a guide for other entrepreneurs in the field.
