Konstrukční návrh hardtop střechy vozidla StudentCar SCE

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je konstrukční návrh hardtop střechy pro studentské vozidlo StudentCar SCE a vytvoření jejího fyzického modelu. Celý návrh je založen na již existujícím šasi a karoserii, které byly vyvinuty v rámci projektu StudentCar. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány vybrané materiály a konstrukční principy využívané při výrobě střech sportovních automobilů, včetně historického vývoje hardtopů a kabrioletů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotný proces návrhu, volbu vhodných technologií, konstrukční řešení uchycení a výrobu modelu pomocí 3D tisku, přičemž je rovněž zohledněna ergonomie a aerodynamika výsledného řešení.

The subject of this thesis is the structural design of a hardtop roof for the StudentCar SCE student vehicle and the creation of its physical model. The entire design is based on an existing chassis and bodywork that were developed as part of the StudentCar project. The theoretical part of the thesis describes selected materials and design principles used in the production of sports car roofs, including the historical development of hardtops and convertibles. The practical part focuses on the design process itself, the choice of appropriate technologies, the structural design of the attachment and the production of the model using 3D printing, while ergonomics and aerodynamics of the final solution are also taken into account.
