Návrh obnovy vozidlového parku firmy.

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku návrhu obnovy vozidlového parku firmy. Pro vypracování této práce byla vybrána firma ČSAD Logistik Ostrava, a.s., která byla ochotna podat potřebné informace související se sepsáním diplomové práce. V úvodu práce bude provedena samotná vstupní analýza činností firmy. Dále budou zmíněny základní pojmy související s metodou stanovení horní hranice pro vyřazení vozidla. Následující část se bude zabývat životními cykly. Stěžejní pro vypracování diplomové práce bude životní cyklus obnovy. Bude nastíněno, jaké metody můžeme použít pro výpočet optimální doby životnosti vozidla a pro stanovení horní hranice pro vyřazení vozidla. Podrobně bude popsána metoda využívající spojitých modelů a uveden postup dalšího výpočtu. Dále bude provedena analýza vozidlového parku, kterým firma disponuje a zvolena skupina vozidel, u kterých bude realizován výpočet optimální doby životnosti. Z výsledků budou uvedeny možnosti návrhu způsobu obnovy vozidlového parku. Na závěr bude vybrán způsob, jak by firma měla postupovat při obnově vozidlového parku s jednotlivými možnostmi financování.

The dissertation deals with the proposal of company rolling stock renewal. ČSAD Logistik Ostrava, a.s. company was chosen to be the subject of this dissertation as the company managers were willing to provide the information necessary for working out the dissertation. The introduction of the dissertation will present the company business input analysis. Furthermore the basic terms will be mentioned connected with the method of determining the service life upper limit for putting a vehicle out of service. The subsequent part will feature the life cycles. The renewal life cycle will be the principal point for working out the dissertation. It will be outlined which methods may be used in order to calculate the optimum vehicle service life and to determine the upper limit for putting a vehicle out of service. The coherent model method will be described in detail, and the process of further calculation will be stated. Furthermore the analysis of the current company rolling stock available will be performed, and a group of vehicles will be chosen where the calculation of the optimum service life will be implemented. From the results proposals will be derived how to renew the rolling stock. In the conclusion the way will be chosen for the company how to proceed at the rolling stock renewal, with individual financing possibilities.
