Návrh reklamních předmětů s využitím CAD/CAM systém EdgeCAM

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a výrobu reklamního předmětu s využitím CAD/CAM systému EdgeCAM 12.5, který generuje dráhy nástroje a vytváří NC kód pro výrobu. První část práce popisuje návrh designu reklamního předmětu, výběr řezných nástrojů a polotovarů. Další část je zaměřená na samotnou tvorbu drah nástrojů při výrobě s následným vygenerováním NC kódu. Nedílnou součástí práce je technická dokumentace, 3D model a NC kód.

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal and manufacture of publicity article by means CAD/CAM EdgeCAM 12.5 system, which generates the path for machine and creates NC code for manufacture. The first part of the thesis describes a new concept of design, selections of cutting tools and rough pieces. The second part is concentrated on making trajectory of the cutting tools in manufacturing with the next generating of NC code. The very important part of this thesis is technical documentation, 3D model and NC code.
