Ruční manipulace s břemeny a fyzická zátěž

Abstract

V diplomové práci je zpracována problematika ruční manipulace s břemeny a s tím související fyzické zátěže osob z pohledu národních i mezinárodních právních předpisů. Konkrétně jsou stanoveny rizikové faktory při provádění ruční manipulace s břemeny a její negativní vliv na lidský organismus. Dále jsou podrobně rozebrány aktuální povinnosti zaměstnavatelů v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, obsahuje návrhy, postupy a doporučení při plnění těchto povinností. Informace získané zpracováním teoretického základu jsou následně ověřeny v praxi, je posouzen reálný stav a navrhnuta preventivní opatření a doporučení.

The Diploma Thesis deals with the issue of manual handling of loads and the associated physical burden from the perspective of national and international legal regulations. Specifically, it identifies risk factors in the implementation of manual handling of loads and its negative impact on the human body. Further, it examines current obligations of employers in the area of occupational health and safety in detail; it contains proposals, procedures and recommendations while performing these obligations. Information gained through elaboration of the theoretical basis is subsequently verified in practice, the actual state is assessed, and preventive measures and recommendations are proposed.
