Srovnání průběhu povodní v oblasti ORP Blansko z hlediska způsobu řízení a financování

Abstract

Práce porovnává jednotlivé způsoby řízení a změny ve financování při vzniklých povodních v letech 1997 a 2006 s ohledem na stále vyvíjející se legislativu v oblasti povodňové ochrany. Dále popisuje změnu pohledu a reakce na tento druh mimořádné události z pohledu státu, obyvatelstva a podnikatelských subjektů.

The bachelor thesis compares the different ways of management and changes in the financing of the floods in 1997 and 2006 with regard to the still evolving legislation in the field of flood protection. It also describes a change of view and reaction to this type of incident from the perspective of the state, the state population and business entities.
