Případová studie železničního neštěstí ve Studénce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zásahu základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému a kynologické skupiny při železničním neštěstí ve Studénce. První část bakalářské práce je teoretická a je věnována metodice sestavení případové studie a definici mimořádné události na dráze s chronologickým přehledem železničních neštěstí v ČR a ve světě. Druhá část se zabývá popisem tratí ve Studénce, vznikem mimořádné události a zásahem základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Ve třetí části se věnuji poznatkům ze zásahu, nastínění stávajícího stavu vyšetřování a odpovědnosti dotčených subjektů za vznik železničního neštěstí. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané poznatky.

Bachelor's thesis deals with description of the basic components of the integrated emergency system and cynology group in railway accident near the town Studénka. The first part is devoted to theoretical aspects of the methodology for compilation of case studies and the definition of an emergency on the runway with a chronological overview of the railway accidents in the Czech Republic and in the world. The second part deals with description of the line in Studénka, emergency event beginnig and the intervention of essential components of the integrated emergency system. The third part is giving the knowledge of the intervention, outlined the current status of investigation and accountability of the subjects concerned for the railway accident beginning. In the final part of the work are evaluated getting knowledge.
