Informační systém Pozemkového fondu České republiky

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracován informační system Pozemkového fondu České republiky. V první části je popsána činnost Pozemkového fondu České republiky. Následně je popsána potřeba procesního auditu, zlepšování procesů a potřeba projektového řízení pro zlepšování informačních systémů. Součástí práce je rozbor informačního systému PF ČR, sběr a studium dokumentace k informačnímu systému a sběr a studium dokumentace z dostupných zdrojů v oblasti podnikových strategií a procesního auditu. V závěrečné části diplomové práce se pak zabývám návrhem změn v informačním systému PF ČR.

The project deals with the information system of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The first part describes activities of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. Subsequently I aim at need of process audit, process improvement and need of project management for improvement of information systems. Part of the project is analysis of the information system of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, collecting and study the documentation related to the information system and accessible sources in the field of companies’ strategies and process audit. In the last chapter of the project I deal with the change proposal in the information system of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic.
