Geoinformačný systém pre správu budov

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na tvorbu funkčního prototypu geoinformačního systému budov, který bude použitelný v oblasti technické pasportizace a další evidence týkající se existence, provozu a nájmu budov. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu v oblasti evidence nemovitostí a majetku specifikovat požadavky na budoucí systém. Dalším úkolem je najít vhodné technologické prostředky pro vytvoření webové aplikace, vytvořit diagram tříd a vyhotovit konečný geoinformační systém. K tomu patří i úprava a prezentace prostorových dat. Teoretická část zahrnuje celý postup práce na projektu s odůvodněním použití zvolených technologií, postupů a možností budoucího použití aplikace. Výsledkem je vytvořený geoinformační systém budov ve formě webové aplikace, který tvoří prototyp pro další rozšíření a použití podle specifických požadavků.

The diploma thesis is focused on the functional prototype creation of buildings geoinformatic system that will be applicable in the area of technical passportization and further evidence concerning the existence, operation and rent of buildings. The objective of the work is to specify the demands for the future system on the basis of current state analysis in the area of real estate and evidence. Another task is to find the appropriate technological means for creation of web application, to create a class diagram and to make a final geoinformatic system. It includes the adjustment and spatial data presentation. The theoretic part includes the whole cycle of operations on the project with rationalisation of using selected technologies, techniques and possibilities of future application utilization. The outcome is the buildings geoinformatic system in form of web application that creates the prototype for further extension and utilization according to specific demands.
