Zhodnocení části inženýrskogeologického průzkumu pro založení výškové budovy v centru Ostravy

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku inženýrskogeologického průzkumu pro zakládání výškových budov. V první části je seznámení s problematikou jejich zakládání. V druhé části se nachází přehled geologických a dalších přírodních poměrů zájmového území Jindřich Plaza v městské části Moravské Ostravy a Přívozu. Třetí část pojednává obecně o potřebách inženýrskogeologického průzkumu v oblastech, kde budou zakládány výškové budovy. Ve čtvrté části jsou vyhodnoceny terénní geotechnické zkoušky, dlouhodobé měření hladiny podzemní vody a laboratorní zkoušky. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny výsledky inženýrskogeologického průzkumu a navrženy doporučení k realizaci stavby.

This thesis addresses the issue of foundation of high-rise buildings. The first part is familiar with the problems of their foundation. The second part is an overview of geological and other natural conditions the locality Jindrich Plaza in the city district Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz. The third part deals with the general needs of engineering geological investigation in areas for high-rise building foundation. In the fourth part there are evaluated geotechnical tests, long-term measurements of groundwater level and laboratory tests. In the end of the thesis there are evaluated engineering geological investigation and recommendations for the proposed construction.
