dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza zdravotních systémů v České republice a v Evropské unii. Tato práce shrnuje základní informace o typech zdravotních systémů. Popisuje funkce jednotlivých subjektů systému. Charakterizuje mechanizmy financování zdravotní péče. Zkoumá možnosti zvýšení efektivnosti alokace těchto finančních zdrojů. Na závěr porovnává země Evropské unie pomocí základních indikátorů zdravotnických systémů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of health systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. The thesis sumarizes basic information about health system types. It describes functions of the individual subjects of system. It characterizes financial mechanisms of health care. It investigates possibilities of efficiency increase of these financial resources allocation. In conclusion it compares countries of the European Union by basic indicators of health systems.	en
