| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce pojednává o stavbách větrných elektráren v České republice. V jednotlivých kapitolách této práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o získávání energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, dále pak obecné technické, společenské a ekonomické faktory související s provozem větrných elektráren či skutečnosti, ovlivňující jejich současnou výstavbu v České republice. Rovněž jsou zde zmíněny některé vlivy tohoto energetického odvětví na člověka a přírodu, schvalovací postupy orgánů veřejné správy, které předcházejí výstavbě větrných elektráren, a v neposlední řadě i pravomoce obcí při schvalování těchto staveb. | cs |

The individual chapters contain summary of basic knowledge on energy from renewable power sources, next general technical, social and economic factors being connected to the wind generator operation or facts influencing their present construction in the Czech Republic. Some influences of this power generation branch on human life and nature, approving procedures of regulators prior to the wind generator construction including the rights of municipalities when approving these constructions are mentioned as well. | en |
