Zápisy vlastnických a jiných věcných práv k nemovitostem do katastru nemovitostí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zápisem vlastnických a jiných věcných práva do katastru nemovitostí. V práci je stručně popsána historie katastru nemovitostí, z jakých zásad současný katastr nemovitostí vychází, obsah a předmět katastru nemovitostí a způsoby zápisů do katastru nemovitostí. K pochopení problematiky současného katastru nemovitostí je důležitá znalost historie, neboť právě z té vychází.

This Baccalaureate work deals with entering of proprietary rights and other rights in rem into Land register. In this work, a history of Land register is shortly characterised, further on, it shows what is the present-day Land register based on, content and subject of the Land register and methods of entering into the register. To understand the issue of the present-day Land register, it is necessary to have knowledge of its history, for the history is something it results from.
