Reforma policie České republiky jako součást reformy státní správy

Abstract

V předložené práci je popsána podstata reformy policie České republiky. První část obsahuje právní vymezení PČR, vztah k veřejné správě, její vývoj a dosavadní strukturu. V další části jsou popsány změny v územní a organizační struktuře a podstata ekonomické reformy. Na závěr je zařazeno 5 příkladů organizačních struktur bezpečnostních složek vybraných zemí Evropské unie a zhodnocení možných dopadů změn na přímý výkon služby. K práci je přiložen ucelený přehled starých i nových organizačních schémat všech úrovní policie České republiky.

This thesis treats of an essence the police reform in the Czech Republic. The first part containes the legal definition of the police of the Czech Republic, the relationship to the public administration, its development and the prezent structure. In the next part the changes in the territorial and organizational structure and the essence of the economic reform. In the end of the thesis there are mentioned five axamples of the organizational structures of the security parts of the chosen areas of the European Union and evaluation of the possible impacts of the changes to the direct service. There is the whole overview of the old and new organizational schemes each level of the police of the Czech Republic.
