Komplexní jednotné měření glukózy pacientů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je návrh komplexního jednotného měření glukózy pacientů ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě, které probíhá mimo laboratoř pomocí nemocničních glukometrů. Důvodem zadání tohoto tématu byl nevyhovující stav měření. Za toto měření by měl zodpovídat Ústav klinické biochemie, ale doposud si ho organizovaly samy oddělení. Pro dosažení cíle této práce bylo nutné poznat problematiku měření glukózy, ale také technickou oblast související s nemocničními glukometry jako je automatická identifikace pacientů a připojení glukometrů do nemocničního informačního systému.

The aim of this paper is to propose a complex uniform point of care blood glucose metering patient in the Faculty Hospital of Ostrava. The metering should be performed by sophisticated blood glucose meters, which had been designed especially for hospital metering. Nowadays the metering provide the departments of the hospital by themselves although is the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry who should provide it. To reach the aim of this bachelor paper it has been necessary to get know the area of glucose metering and other areas of technology, which are connected to point of care blood glucose testing e.g. automatic identification and the connection to the hospital information system.
