Trestná činnost nezletilých ve městě Varnsdorfu

Abstract

Problematika trestné činnosti nezletilých ve městě Varnsdorfu vykazuje obdobné parametry jako situace v celé ČR. V určitém období byl dokumentován vzestupný trend bez ohledu na důvody a motivy páchaných trestných činů, zejména pak v oblasti krádeží. Poté následovala období poklesu páchání trestné činnosti nezletilými. Neopomenutelným faktem je pak klesající trend populace města Varnsdorfu ve věkové kategorii 0 - 15 let u mužů i žen v letech 1998 – 2007. Cílem práce je přesně definovat motivy, druhy a lokality trestné činnosti u nezletilých ve městě Varnsdorfu a na základě podrobného rozboru navrhnout možné metody a cesty ke snížení tohoto konkrétního druhu trestné činnosti.

Problems concerning criminal acts of youngsters in the City of Varnsdorf follows simillar parameters as the situation in the Czech republic as a whole. A rising trend of criminality with no classification of reasons and motives was documented in a defined time period - this holds good esp. in the field of thefts. Next was a time period of decrease of youth criminality. Important fact is a decreasing population trend of people 0 – 15 years old in Varnsdorf, both male and female, in 1998 – 2007. The aim of the paper is to define precisely motives, categories and location of criminal acts of youngsters in Varnsdorf and on the basis of a detailed analysis suggest possible methods and ways of decreasing the intensity of this specified kind of criminality.
