Padělání a pozměňování peněz, trestní řízení, ochranné prvky

Abstract

V předložené bakalářské práci je zpracována problematika padělání a pozměňování peněz. V první části je uvedena historie platebních prostředků a historie padělání. Dělení padělání a pozměňování peněz, spolupráce v boji proti penězokazectví. V další části je zpracováno trestní řízení, představeny trestné činy související s paděláním a popsány ochranné prvky českých bankovek. Závěrem je prezentován metodický postup policistů při výskytu podezřelých bankovek z padělání nebo pozměňování peněz.

In this bachelor work there is problem of the forgery and doctoring of money processed. The first part is about the history of medium of payments and the history of forgery, the sorting of the forgery and doctoring of money, cooperation in fight against money forging. Next part includes the criminal procedure, crime associated with forgery and the protective elements of the Czech banknotes. In conclusion the methodical process of policemen in occurrence of suspicious banknotes from forgery or doctoring of money is presented.
