Technické normy a jejich použití v dopravním strojírenství

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracováno téma, užití technických norem v dopravním strojírenství. V první části je popsán Úřad pro technickou normalizaci metrologii a s státní zkušebnictví, dále se zde vyskytují informace o evropský a mezinárodních institucích, zabývajících se technickou normalizací. Následuje část popisující vybrané technické normy. V další části je rozebrána kapitola „Tvorba technologických postupů“. Jak se postupy tvoří, co je zapotřebí. Konkrétní příklad technologického a výrobního postupu pro zalomenou klikovou hřídel. Dále následuje část, kde jsou vybrané technické normy zapracovány do výrobního procesu. To tak, že jsou dané normy aplikovány na konkrétní výrobu klikové zalomené hřídele. Na závěr jsou zařazeny návrhy a opatření pro zlepšení nebo urychlení výroby pro lepší aplikaci norem v praxi. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat užití technických norem v podmínkách výrobního podniku.
