Komplexní bezpečnost obchodního centra

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost obchodních center v komplexním pojetí. Úvodní část se zabývá obecným popisem obchodních center a věnuje se jejich historii a vývoji jak v ČR, tak ve světě. Dále je uvedena statistika mimořádných událostí a analýza potenciálních rizik, která mohou ohrozit bezpečnost obchodních center. Pro analýzu jsou použity tři metody: Ishikawův diagram, výpočetní program SFERA a analýza What if. V druhé polovině práce jsou popsány současné způsoby zabezpečení a provozu obchodních center, a je zde uveden výčet základní bezpečnostní dokumentace. Poslední část práce zkoumá samotnou problematiku komplexní bezpečnosti a následně je navržen způsob zavedení systému komplexní bezpečnosti do provozu obchodního centra.

This thesis focuses on safety of shopping centers in comprehensive conception. The introduction part deals with common description of shopping centers and follows their history and development in Czech Republic as well as abroad. Further on the statistics of extraordinary events and analysis of potential risks is introduced, which can endanger the security of shopping centers. There are three methods used for an analysis: Ishikawa diagram, computer program SFERA and analysis What if. In second half of the thesis there are described current security techniques and operation of shopping centers, and the enumeration of basic safety documentation is stated here. Last part of this work examines the dilemma of comprehensive safety by itself and subsequently proposes the technique of comprehensive security system implementation into the operation of shopping center.
