| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá mapováním území se zaměřením na přírodní, technogenní a společenská rizika. Provádí identifikaci rizik na území regionu ORP Nový Jičín. Identifikovaná rizika jsou zhodnocena mírou zranitelnosti území a váhou ohrožených prvků. Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení rizik a zranitelnosti pomocí analýzy HVA (Hazard Vulnerability Analysis) pro analýzu území regionu. Výsledkem jsou zaznamenány a ohodnoceny nebezpečná místa a rizika území ORP Nový Jičín a následně znázorněny v mapách. Diplomová práce má přínos pro HZS MSK ÚO Nový Jičín. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with mapping the territory, focusing on natural, technogenic and social risks. Identification, risk in the region of Novy Jicin district. Identified risks are assessed, the degree of vulnerability and risk weighted elements. Work is focused on risk assessment and vulnerability analysis with HVA (Hazard Vulnerability Analysis) for the analysis of the region. The results are recorded and assessed risk factors and risk of the Novy Jicin district and subsequently displayed in the map. Diploma thesis should be beneficial for HZS MSK UO Novy Jicin. | en |
