Abstract

Diplomová práce „Posouzení a rozbor obsahové stránky plánů zpracovávaných podle energetického zákona“ se nejprve zabývá pojmem kritické infrastruktury a její ochrany se zaměřením na kritickou infrastrukturu v oblasti energetiky. Dále předkládá ucelený přehled přijímaných opatření v případech stavů nouze v elektroenergetice, plynárenství a teplárenství. Závěrem, na základě dostupného materiálu posuzuje obsahovou stránku havarijního plánu lokální distribuční soustavy, zpracovaného podle energetického zákona a prováděcích vyhlášek k tomuto předpisu.

Thesis "Assessment and analysis of contents of the plans processed according to the Energy Act" first deals with the concept of critical infrastructure and its protection, focusing on the critical infrastructure in the field of energy industry. It presents a comprehensive overview of the adopted measures in cases of states of emergency in electricity, gas and heating industries. Finally, based on the information available, the thesis evaluates content of the emergency plan of the local distribution systems processed according to the Energy Act and its implementing decrees.
