Vyhledávací a záchranné odřady pro obydlené oblasti

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza záchranného a vyhledávacího odřadu do obydlených oblastí (USAR) České republiky, pro řešení mimořádných událostí nejen v České republice, ale i jeho možné zapojení v rámci mezinárodních záchranných operací. Úvod rozebírá co je to humanitární pomoc, její rozdělení a způsob poskytování ve formě záchranného a vyhledávacího odřadu. Popisuje nejen strukturu týmu ale jednu z nejdůležitějších složek vyhledávacího odřadu a tou je kynologický tým. Práce také přibližuje složitý způsob vysílání záchranného odřadu do zahraničí. Další část práce se zabývá mezinárodními operačními centry, stresem a psychikou samotných záchranářů, výcvikem odřadů a srovnání se zahraničními týmy. Součástí práce je také porovnání Českého odřadu se zahraničními a připomenutí některých závažných zásahů jak v České republice tak v zahraničí.

The goal of this diploma thesis is analysis of Urban Search and Rescue Team (USAR) of the Czech Republic for solving emergencies in the Czech Republic but its connection within the frame of International Rescue Operations is also possible. In the introductory part the thesis deals with humanitarian assistance, its division and way of providing in form of Search and Rescue Team. There is not described only team structure but one of the most important body – dog handlers unit. This thesis also describes complicated way of USAR Team dispatch to abroad. Other part of thesis deals with International Operations Centres, stress and psyche of rescuers, team training and confrontation with foreing teams. The part of thesis is also comparison of Czech USAR Team with foreign teams and mention of some important interferences in the Czech Republic and also abroad.
