Optimalizace opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva ve městě Přerov

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou obyvatelstva ve městě Přerov. V úvodní části práce je popsáno město Přerov, historie ochrany obyvatelstva ve městě Přerov, dále povinnosti, úkoly a opatření orgánů města při přípravě na mimořádné události a krizové situace a přehled mimořádných událostí, které mohou na území města nastat. Práce dále obsahuje metody analýzy rizik, analýzu možného ohrožení města mimořádnými událostmi a stávající opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva na jejichž základě je navržena optimalizace opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva ve městě Přerov.

The bachelor thesis considers the protection of the population in the city of Prerov. In the beginning of this work is described Prerov city, the history of protection of the population in the city of Prerov, the duties, tasks and measures taken by the city in preparing for emergencies and crisis situations, and an overview of incidents that may occur within the city.
