Komunikace v prostředí mezinárodních záchranných operací

Abstract

Práce se zabývá mechanismem mezinárodních záchranných operací se zaměřením na komunikaci a způsoby zapojení České republiky do těchto operací. Popisuje jednotlivé způsoby komunikace a možnosti jejich zajištění. Práce obsahuje principy komunikačních systémů, především satelitní komunikační systémy, GSM telefony, radiostanice a GPS. Práce charakterizuje požadavky a způsoby zajištění komunikace záchranného týmu se zaměřením na české USAR odřady.

This thesis examines international rescue operations with a focus on communication and the aspect of Czech participation in these operations. It desribes particular ways of communication and possibilities of their application. The thesis also contains principles of communication systems, especially satellite communication systems, GSM phones, radio stations and GPS. The thesis describes the demands and the ways of covering rescue teams´ communication needs with a focus on the Czech USAR teams.
