Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací prvků štíhlé výroby do výrobního systému podniku Kovona System, a.s.. Cílem této práce je zvýšení produktivity výroby, eliminace ztrátových časů, prostorové uspořádání pracoviště a sníţení nákladů na výrobu. V první části je popsán současný stav organizace výroby na zadaném pracovišti. V následující části práce popisuji metodické přístupy a specifikaci problémů pracoviště. Na závěr jsou navrţena řešení, která by zlepšila pracovní proces.

The Master Thesis deals with Application of Elements of Production to Lean Production System Kovona System, a.s.. The goal of this thesis is advance of this work is to increase productivity, elimination of the idle time, organization of the workplace and reduction of the production costs. The first part describes the current status of the production organization in the given workplace. In the next part I describe the methodical approaches and specification of the workplace problems. The final part suggests solutions that would innovation the work proces.
