Analýza a systematizace neshodných výrobků ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a systematizací neshodných výrobků ve vybraném strojírenském podniku. V úvodu jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti systému řízení kvality, charakteristiky známých koncepcí managementu kvality a jiné pojmy z oblasti kvality využitelné v praktické části diplomové práce. V diplomové práci je proveden rozbor a analýza současného stavu systému managementu kvality a stavu neshodných výrobků. Cílem práce je nalézt slabá místa v systému řízení managementu kvality a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení systému managementu kvality a snížení vícenákladů z neshodné výroby. V závěrečné části je celkové zhodnocení navrhovaných opatření a zhodnocení stávajícího stavu řízení systému managementu kvality.

The Master Thesis deals with the analysis and systemization of non-conforming products in a selected machine engineering company. In the introduction basic features of the Quality Management System are explained together with characteristics of well-known concepts of the Quality Management System, as well as other features from the field of quality that are used in the practical part of the Master Thesis. In the Master Thesis analysis of the current state of the Quality Management System and non-conforming products has been carried out. The aim of the thesis is to find weaknesses in the Quality Management System and propose measures to improve the Quality Management System and decrease extra costs for non-conforming products. In the final part of the Master Thesis the overall assessment of the measures proposed and the assessment of the current state of the Quality Management System has been carried out.
