Bakalarska prace se zabyva problematikou detekce, navrhem vyhodnoceni a opravy drobnych poskozeni potahovych plechu letounu. Je zde popsan stavajici zpusob vyhodnocovani a oprav techto poskození (zadanych vyrobcem tj. firmou Boeing a Moravan Otrokovice Zlin). Dale je zde predstavena technologie PDR a popis jeji aplikace na poskozeni, ktera byla vytvorena na zkusebnim vzorku a testovana pomoci NDT, pro overeni kvality pouzite technologie. V zaveru je celkove vyhodnoceni prace jak z financniho a casoveho hlediska tak i hlediska aplikace technologie PDR a uspesnosti opravy touto technologii. | cs |

The thesis is aimed at the issue of detection, proposal for evaluation and repair of the small covering metal plate damages of a plane. Firstly, the thesis is focused on the method of evaluation and damage repair, provided by the producer like Boeing and Moravan Otrokovice Zlin. Secondly, the project attends to present the PDR technology (Paint less Dent Removal) including its application in the process of damage removal. Quality of the applied technology has been proved by NDT (Non-destruction testing) of the sample metal plate. Purpose of the thesis is to analyse the operation from both points of view, finance and time. Of course the possibility of application and repair effect are very important aspects required for the PDR technology evaluation as well. | en |
