Návrh stavební míchačky s užitečným objemem 120 l

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem malé stavební míchačky. V úvodu je provedeno porovnání možných způsobů provedení pohonu stroje, jejich výhody a nevýhody použití. Následně je zpracován přehled nabídky malých konstrukčních míchaček na trhu. Dále je řešen pohon stavební míchačky – základní návrhové a kontrolní výpočty zvoleného provedení pohonu stroje – návrh a výpočet řemenového převodu a kuželového soukolí, zatížení hřídele a jeho průběh, bezpečnost hřídele. V příloze bakalářské práce je doložen sestavný výkres stavební míchačky a výrobní výkres hřídele.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a small cement mixer. In the introduction, there is comparison of possible manners of performance of a gear, their advantages and disadvantages of using. As next there is a summary of a small mixers on the market. It is solved gear of cement mixers - the basic design and check calculations of the selected drive performance of a gear - design and calculation of belt drive and bevel gear, shaft load, its progress and safety of a shaft. As an attachment of the bachelor thesis there are assembly drawing and manufacturing drawing of the shaft.
