Řešení neshodné výroby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem řešení nadměrné neshodné výroby. V úvodu je vysvětleno proč je třeba tuto problematiku řešit. Je provedena analýza dostupných dat. Analýza odhaluje hlavní problémy a oblasti ve kterých neshody vznikají. Jsou zde také popsány již aplikované metody snížení dodavatelských neshod, které prokazují pozitivní výsledky. Práce dále popisuje projekt řešení neshodné výroby v konkrétním podniku. Primárně je kladen důraz na zefektivnění sběru dat pro další období. Vlastní projekt je řešen týmově za účasti odpovědných pracovníků podniku. Za pomoci metodických nástrojů jsou vyhledány kmenové příčiny chyb a navržena konkrétní opatření s cílem snížení počtu neshod. Dosažené výsledky jsou porovnány se stanoveným cílem.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the way how to solve excessive non-conforming production. In the beginning is expained why is necessary to solve these problems. Is made the analysis of available dates. The analysis shows the major problems and the areas where begin the disagreemens. They are also describes applied methods of reducing supplier´s non-conforming production that shows positive results. Bachelors work describes a project of solving non-conforming production in a particular company. It is primarily emphasis on streamlining the data collection for next season. The project is solved in team with the participation of responsible employees. With the help of methodological instruments are searched ordinary causes of errors and proposed concrete corrective actions to reduce the number of disagreements. The obtained results are compared with the established order.
