| dc.description.abstract | V bakalářské práci je vypracován návrh pro zavedení statistické regulace procesu (SPC) ve výrobě vyměnitelných břitových destiček ve firmě Pramet Tools, s.r.o. V teoretické části je vysvětlena problematika základních nástrojů SPC. V kapitole
č. 3 je popsán postup sběru dat. Na základě vyhodnocení způsobilosti strojního zařízení je proveden návrh pro SPC. V závěru bakalářské práce následuje krátké ekonomické zhodnocení zadaného úkolu pro konkrétní díl vyměnitelné břitové destičky typu SNMA 120408; H10. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The work is drawing up proposals for the introduction of statistical process control (SPC) in production of replaceable cutting tips in Pramet Tools Company, s.r.o.
In the theoretical part, the problems of the basic tools of SPC are explained. Chapter 3 describes the data collection. Based on the assessment of machine capability
a proposal for the SPC is made. At the end of this bachelor´s work followed
a short economic evaluation of a given task for a specific type of cutting tip
