Centrum moderního umění v Ostravě

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistický a architektonický návrh novostavby Centra moderního umění pro město Ostravu jako regionální umělecké centrum s pestrou nabídkou výstavních i kulturních aktivit. Studie se zabývá problematikou širších vztahů daného území a zkoumání nejvhodnějších řešení pro využití zadaného území na základě analýz, podkladů a současné potřeby města. Popisuje celkový vývoj stavby z hlediska dostupnosti, dispozice, proporce a estetiky. Nový objekt bude integrován do stávající zástavby a vytvářet fungující celek v návaznosti na město. Návrh objektu by měl odpovídat moderním požadavkům na stavbu 21.století a současně respektovat ekonomické požadavky. Velikostí by měl být úměrný, s využitím moderních materiálů a energeticky nenáročný. Záměrem je propojení s kulturně uměleckým centrem území Černé louky a lokalitou nové Karoliny.

The topic of this diploma work is an urban and architectonic drawing of the new building of “Center of Modern Art” for Ostrava town – regional art center with varied offer of different exhibitions and cultural activities. The projects deals with wider relations of given area and searching for the most suitable usage of a certain place based on analysis, details and a present need of this town. It describes the overall development of the construction in terms of accessibility, disposition, proportion and aesthetics. New object will be integrated into existing built up area and will create the functional unit in the town. Design of the property should match up to modern demands for a building of the 21st century and currently respect economical demands. It should be adequate in size with usage of modern materials and energy saving. The main purpose is to connect it with cultural artistic centre of Černá louka and locality of new KarolIna.
