Dům pro seniory v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh stavby a zhotovení architektonické a stavebně-technické části dokumentace. Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh domova pro seniory v Novém Jičíně. První část práce je věnována zadání a obecnému řešení projektu. Druhá část je pak soustředěna na technické řešení stavby. Záměrem je vytvořit čistý, proporčně vyvážený dům. Proto je návrh zaměřen na dispoziční a provozní řešení jednotlivých částí objektu.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create building and make architectural and technological part of the documentation. The topic of this work is to design house for seniors in Nový Jičín. The first part include task and general solution of the project. The second part is focused on building‘s technical solution. The aims is to create clean appearance and proportionally balanced layout of the building. For that reason is the thesis focused on layout and operational solution for each part of the building.
